All compounds sold by Alpha Tides ("Company," "we," "us") are strictly intended for in-vitro laboratory research use by qualified researchers in controlled laboratory environments. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, clinical application, therapeutic use, or any purpose outside of a lawful, controlled research setting. By accessing this website, placing an order, or using any tool on this site, you unconditionally confirm that you are a qualified researcher or represent a licensed research institution, and that all compounds will be used exclusively for lawful in-vitro research purposes.

2. Researcher Eligibility and Acknowledgment

You must be 18 years of age or older to access, browse, or purchase from this site. By placing an order or using any research tool on this website, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed institution acting within the scope of lawful research; (c) your acquisition and use of these compounds complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and institutional policies; and (d) you will not use or facilitate use of any compound for human or veterinary administration of any kind. Misrepresentation of your eligibility or intended use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and reporting to applicable authorities.

They do not constitute medical advice, dosing recommendations, or protocols for human use. Alpha Tides expressly disclaims any liability for use of these tools outside of a professional research context. By using the Research Reconstitution Calculator or any other tool on this site, you confirm you are using it exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research preparation.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. Alpha Tides reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders we believe are not consistent with legitimate research use. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Alpha Tides does not store payment card data.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Alpha Tides ships domestically within the United States only. Orders placed before the daily processing cutoff are generally shipped the same business day. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Alpha Tides is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon handoff to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research-grade compounds and strict quality control requirements, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at research@alphatideshop.com with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a written description of the issue. Alpha Tides reserves the right to assess each case individually and issue replacement or store credit at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and tools are provided "as is" and "as available" for research purposes only. Alpha Tides makes no representations or warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the fitness of any compound for a particular research application, the accuracy of any third-party test result, or the completeness of any educational or reference content on this site. Third-party certificate of analysis (COA) results are provided for informational reference and do not constitute a guarantee of outcomes in any specific research application.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Tides, its owners, employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages — including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or financial loss — arising from the purchase, possession, handling, or use or misuse of any compound or tool provided by Alpha Tides, regardless of the theory of liability. In all cases, Alpha Tides's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alpha Tides and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use or misuse of any compound purchased from Alpha Tides; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any misrepresentation you make regarding your identity, qualifications, or intended use of the compounds.

10. Consent Logging

When you use interactive tools on this website — including the Research Reconstitution Calculator — your confirmation of the researcher disclaimer, including the timestamp, IP address, and browser information, may be logged for compliance and legal record-keeping purposes. This information is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, and may be used as evidence of your acknowledgment of these Terms in the event of a dispute.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, research articles, blog posts, images, logos, and site design — is the exclusive property of Alpha Tides and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written permission from Alpha Tides.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Alpha Tides is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Alpha Tides.
